Day 54 , Eldoret , Kenya , Cheese factory tour

We went for a tour of a little country town cheese factory , it takes you back in time & back to the basics , We stasted some cheeses , had some yoghurt & their own ice cream .It was an interesting afternoon.

Seperating the cream & the butter milk.

 In the cheese cold room where , for instance chedar is stored for 5 months, the chedar was my favorite.
